All aluminium pre-treatment is handled by us you can simple leave your
job and pick it up when finished.

similar material need to be Blasted with a fine Grit to clean and then a heat
proof zinc primer added to give better adhesion for the Powder
Coat.

Desmutting & Acid Etching tank for cleaning and removal of grease

Rinse in Deionised water
Gardobond X Bath this
adds a Titanium and Zirconium (Chrome Free) coating to help adhesion
for the Powder Coat
Rinse in Deionised water
Final rinse in
Deionised water
Long term lay-by available but all Xmas Orders to be finished by mid nov.
